WASHINGTON, Feb. 27 -- The House Natural Resources subcommittee for Indigenous Peoples of the U.S. issued the following testimony on Feb. 26 by Ned Norris Jr., chairman of the Tohono O'odham Nation, at a hearing entitled "Destroying Sacred Sites and Erasing Tribal Culture: The Trump Administration's Construction of the Border Wall":
