ANNAPOLIS, Maryland, Feb. 13 -- Gov. Larry Hogan, R-Maryland, issued the following statement on the shooting in Northeast Baltimore:
"This morning, two members of a joint federal-state-local task force--a Baltimore City police officer and a Baltimore County police officer--were struck by gunfire during a warrant apprehension operation.
"This task force included state troopers assigned to the Maryland State Apprehension Team, as well as Maryland Transportation . . .
