WASHINGTON, Jan. 22 -- Rep. Sylvia Garcia, D-Texas, issued the following joint statement with Reps. Adam Schiff, Jerrold Nadler, Zoe Lofgren, Hakeem Jeffries, Val Demings, Jason Crow and Sylvia Garcia on Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell resolution:
