WASHINGTON, Jan. 17 -- Rep. Rodney Davis, R-Illinois, issued the following news release:
U.S. Rep. Rodney Davis (R-Ill.) announced his bipartisan amendment to study the disproportionate discrimination of older women in the workforce has passed the House as part of H.R. 1230, Protecting Older Workers Against Discrimination Act. The amendment then requires government agencies to make recommendations for best practices to combat age discrimination of women in the workforce.
