Southeast Michigan Council of Governments Announces $86 Million in Funding to Improve Air Quality and Reduce Congestion

DETROIT, Michigan, Jan. 17 -- The Southeast Michigan Council of Governments issued the following news release:

SEMCOG, the Southeast Michigan Council of Governments, has awarded $86 million in federal funds to road and transit agencies throughout the seven-county region as part of the Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Improvement (CMAQ) Program for 2021 through 2023.
