WASHINGTON, Jan. 16 -- Rep. Ron Kind, D-Wisconsin, issued the following statement on Jan. 15 after President Trump signed the phase one of a trade deal with China:
"Today's actions will not erase the burden farmers in Wisconsin and across the country have been forced to carry due to the President's reckless trade war for nearly two years.
