LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas, Jan. 15 -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers issued the following news release on Jan. 15:
Due to shoaling, mariners are advised to favor the river wall in the downstream approach to Colonel Charles D. Maynard Lock (No. 5).
