WASHINGTON, Jan. 16 -- Rep. Roger Marshall, R-Kansas, issued the following statement:
Congressman Roger Marshall, M.D., voted NO to appointing and authorizing managers for the impeachment trial of President Donald J. Trump. Congressman Marshall issued a statement after the vote:
"For months, Democrats said impeachment was urgent and that they'd already proven their case. Then Nancy Pelosi refused to transmit the articles of impeachment to the Senate for four weeks . . .
