CHICAGO, Illinois, Jan. 15 -- The American Property Casualty Insurance Association issued the following statement by Logan McFaddin, assistant vice president of state government relations, regarding Gov. Ron DeSantis State of the State address:
"APCIA applauds Governor Ron DeSantis for encouraging reforms to improve Florida's legal climate. APCIA agrees with the Governor that 'the legal system is supposed to be used for redressing concrete injuries and disputes; it is not a gam . . .
