WASHINGTON, Jan. 11 -- Sen. Susan M. Collins, R-Maine, issued the following news release:

The National Defense Authorization Act that was signed into law in December 2019 includes a provision I co-authored with Senator Doug Jones of Alabama that helps fulfill . . .
