DES PLAINES, Illinois, Jan. 11 -- The National Insurance Crime Bureau issued the following statement by Alan Haskins, vice president of government affairs, regarding vehicle entry legislation (S.B. 23), which would close a loophole related to unlawful entry of vehicles:
