WASHINGTON, Jan. 9 -- Rep. Steny H. Hoyer, D-Maryland, issued the following statement on Jan. 8 regarding the beginning of 441st session of the Maryland General Assembly:
"Today is a historic day in the state of Maryland. As we begin a new session of the Maryland General Assembly, I look forward to the critical work my colleagues in Annapolis will do under the leadership of Speaker Adrienne A.
