PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania, Jan. 7 -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency issued the following news release:

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is proposing updates to the Flood Isnurance Rate Map (FIRM) for the Borough of Danville and the Townships of Cooper, Liberty, Mahoning, Mayberry, Valley, and West Hemlock in Montour County, Pennsylvania and is inviting community stakeholders to participate in a 90-day appeal and comment . . .
