WASHINGTON, Dec. 21 -- Sen. Richard J. Durbin, D-Illinois, a member of the Senate Agriculture, Nutrition and Forestry Committee, issued the following statement expressing concern over the final supplemental rule establishing the renewable fuel standard's renewable volume obligations and 2021 biomass-based diesel volumes:
