Rep. Doyle Issues Statement After House Voted to Implement U.S.-Mexico-Canada Trade Agreement

WASHINGTON, Dec. 19 -- Rep. Michael Doyle, D-Pennsylvania, issued the following statement after the House voted to implement the U.S.-Mexico-Canada trade agreement as a replacement for North American Free Trade Agreement:
