WASHINGTON, Dec. 20 -- Rep. Bill Foster, D-Illinois, issued the following statement in support of the updated U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement:
"I support and will vote for the updated USMCA trade agreement that is a major improvement over the unenforceable and deeply flawed deal initially proposed by the Trump Administration.
