Rep. Pocan Issues Statement on Implementing Bill for U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement

WASHINGTON, Dec. 20 -- Rep. Mark Pocan, D-Wisconsin, issued the following statement after the House voted on the implementing bill for the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement:
"I voted against the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA). Though this new deal is a definitive improvement from NAFTA, I cannot be confident that this trade deal would correct its core flaws that led to the outsourcing of hundreds of thousands of American jobs, as well as serious environmental concerns . . .
