WASHINGTON, Dec. 18 -- Rep. Fred Keller, R-Pennsylvania, issued the following after voting against the two articles of impeachment against President Trump:
"I was proud to stand up for the Constitution and the rule of law by voting to oppose both articles of impeachment.
