ASHLEY, Pennsylvania, Dec. 19 -- Rep. Matt Cartwright, D-Pennsylvania, issued the following news release:
U.S. Representative Matt Cartwright (PA-08) announced a $97,546 federal grant awarded through the Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) to the Earth Conservancy to support one 18-month cycle of its Environmental Workforce Training (EWT) Program.
The EWT program will help at least 20 unemployed, underemployed or dislocated residents obtain new or enhanced employment. . . .
