WASHINGTON, Dec. 17 -- Rep. James Comer, R-Kentucky, issued the following news release:
Congressman James Comer (KY-01) has announced that Gideon Richards, an 11th grader at the Central Kentucky Career Academy in Campbellsville, is the 2019 winner of the 1st District Congressional App Challenge.
