WASHINGTON, Dec. 19 -- Rep. Bradley Schneider, D-Illinois, issued the following statement on the intention to vote for two articles impeaching President Trump for high crimes and misdemeanors:
"President Trump abused the power of his office by corruptly putting his own personal and political interests ahead of our nation's security and foreign policy interests. He sought to block Congressionally-authorized, taxpayer-funded military aid to coerce Ukraine to launch a phony invest . . .
