WASHINGTON, Dec. 17 -- Sen. Joe Manchin, D-West Virginia, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senators Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV) members of the Senate Appropriations Committee, announced Clay County Business Development Authority is the recipient of a $2,746,743.29 grant to aid flood cleanup. Funding is provided by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
