WASHINGTON, Dec. 16 -- Rep. Vicky Hartzler, R-Missouri, issued the following statement joining 158 colleagues on a letter to urge Speaker Nancy Pelosi to bring the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement to a vote in the House:
