WASHINGTON, Dec. 13 -- Rep. Mike Kelly, R-Pennsylvania, issued the following statement:
Today, the House Committee on the Judiciary passed two articles of impeachment against President Donald Trump, formally accusing him of an "abuse of power" and "obstruction of Congress."
