WASHINGTON, Dec. 4 -- Rep. Jerrold Nadler, D-New York, chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, issued the following closing statement at a hearing entitled "The Impeachment Inquiry into President Donald J. Trump: Constitutional Grounds for Presidential Impeachment":
