WASHINGTON, Dec. 5 -- Rep. Ann Wagner, R-Missouri, issued the following statement announcing the winners of the 2nd Congressional District App Challenge:
"Congratulations to Kailin Zhang, a senior at Marquette High School, and Sophie Maniscalco, a junior at St. Joseph's Academy, for being named this year's winners of the 2nd District Congressional App Challenge!
