WASHINGTON, Dec. 4 -- The Copyright Alliance issued the following statement by CEO Keith Kupferschmid in response to the letter sent to American Law Institute Director Richard Revesz by Sen. Thom Tillis, R-North Carolina, and Reps. Ben Cline, R-Virginia; Ted Deutch, D-Florida; Martha Roby, R-Alabama, and Harley Rouda, D-California:
