WASHINGTON, Dec. 3 -- Rep. David Price, D-North Carolina, issued the following statement regarding a letter he led with 100+ Democrats to congressional leadership requesting $50 million for the federal government to study gun violence in the final version of fiscal year 2020 appropriations bill:
