ROCK ISLAND, Illinois, Nov. 27 -- The U.S. Army Sustainment Command issued the following news:

Kim Sigafus McIver, award-winning Ojibwa author, spoke during the National American Indian Heritage Month observance at Heritage Hall, here, Nov. 21.
