OAKLAND, California, Nov. 26 -- The Center for Biological Diversity issued the following news release:
A federal district court in California today ordered the Environmental Protection Agency to stop illegally delaying plans for cleaning up asthma-causing sulfur dioxide pollution in portions of eight states where millions of people live.
Today's court order covers Detroit, Pittsburgh and another part of Pennsylvania, and areas in Arizona, Indiana, Iowa, Ohio, West Virgi . . .
