WASHINGTON, Nov. 22 -- The American Forest and Paper Association issued the following statement by President and CEO Heidi Brock in support of the Sens. Rob Portman, R-Ohio, and Debbie Stabenow, D-Michigan, Recycling Enhancements to Collection and Yield Through Consumer Learning and Education Act (S.B. 2941):
"The RECYCLE Act will educate consumers on the right ways to recycle and is one of the best ways we can increase the quantity and quality of paper in the recycling stream. . . .
