SANFORD, Florida, Nov. 22 -- Seminole State College issued the following news document:

The Association of Florida Colleges and the Florida College System Council of Presidents are excited to announce that this year's James L. Wattenbarger Award winner is Dr. E. Ann McGee, President Emerita, from Seminole State College of Florida. Dr. McGee is the 20th recipient of the honor. To be considered for the award you must meet the following criteria:
