WASHINGTON, Nov. 22 -- Rep. Lloyd Smucker, R-Pennsylvania, issued the following statement after voting against the Further Continuing Appropriations Act and Further Health Extenders Act (H.R. 4378):
"This bill once again kicks the can down the road on government funding, rather than enacting much-needed reforms to spending and the budget process."
