MIAMI, Florida, Nov. 22 -- Holland and Knight, a law firm, issued the following news release:

Holland & Knight represented Proyectos Inmobiliarios, developers of Arena Bogota, in the $10 million sale of the facility to Cardenas Entertainment and Marketing Group S.A.S. (CEMG).

CEMG, an entertainment company founded by entrepreneur and philanthropist Henry Cardenas, plans to invest $30 million on finishing renovations to the arena. The deal was finalized in July.
