CHARLESTON, West Virginia, Nov. 20 -- The West Virginia House of Delegates issued the following news release:
Delegates Moore Capito, R-Kanawha, and Shawn Fluharty, D-Ohio, today announced the creation of a bipartisan "Tech Caucus" during the 2020 legislative session to help raise awareness and highlight issues surrounding the startup economy, entrepreneurship and job creation.
The caucus, which will be open to all lawmakers and the public, will host speakers . . .
