WASHINGTON, Nov. 19 -- Rep. Bob Gibbs, R-Ohio, issued the following news release:
Congressman Bob Gibbs announced on Tuesday a $3 million US Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Development Loan and Grant award for the Village of New London. The USDA funding, a $2.1 million loan and $892,000 grant, will be used to improve the village's wastewater treatment plant.
