U.S. Senators Ben Cardin (D-Md.) and Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) and Senate Committee on Foreign Relations Chairman Jim Risch (R-Idaho) and Ranking Member Bob Menendez (D-N.J.) praised the Senate passage of their Hong Kong Human Rights and Democracy Act (S. 1838).
