WASHINGTON, Nov. 19 -- Sen. Chris Van Hollen, D-Maryland, issued the following news release:

U.S. Senators Chris Van Hollen and Ben Cardin (both D-Md.) have announced $1,100,576 in federal funding for the Maryland State Police to combat the illegal manufacturing and distribution of heroin and other opioids.
