RALEIGH, North Carolina, Nov. 15 -- North Carolina Attorney General Josh Stein issued the following news release:
Attorney General Josh Stein today urged the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to consider a rule on abusive non-compete clauses in employment contracts. Attorney General Stein joins a coalition of 19 attorneys general highlighting the damage these clauses do to workers, other businesses, and consumers.
