DELAND, Florida, Nov. 15 -- Volusia County issued the following news release:
Guiding Volusia County Corrections for the past three years with equal measure of passion, compassion and innovation, Director Mark Flowers has been officially recertified as a professional corrections executive. Flowers was recertified earlier this month as a certified corrections executive (CCE) by the American Correctional Association (ACA).
