COLUMBUS, Ohio, Nov. 15 -- The Buckeye Institute issued the following statement by Andrew J. Kidd, Ph.D., an economist with the Economic Research Center, on the employment data from the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services:
"October's jobs report signals concern for Ohio's job market--even though the unemployment rate remained unchanged at 4.2 percent.
"The household survey shows fewer people employed and more people searching for, but not finding jobs. . . .
