NEW YORK, Nov. 15 -- White and Case, a law firm, issued the following news release:
Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised PPF Arena 1 B.V. on the issuance of Euros500 million 2.125% notes due 31 January 2025 admitted to trading on the Global Exchange Market of Euronext Dublin.
The notes are guaranteed by certain subsidiaries of PPF Arena 1 B.V. and secured by a common security package over the group's assets in multiple jurisdictions alongside the pari passu . . .
