TALLAHASSEE, Florida, Nov. 15 -- Gov. Ron DeSantis, R-Florida, issued the following news release:
Today, Governor Ron DeSantis announced that October 2019 marked 55 consecutive months of the Orlando area having the highest job creation in the state, adding 40,900 new private-sector jobs in the past year. The unemployment rate in the Orlando area was 2.7 percent in October, down 0.3 percentage point from one year ago.
