RALEIGH, North Carolina, Nov. 13 -- The North Carolina Department of Commerce ABC Commission issued the following news release:
The North Carolina Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission held its regular monthly meeting on November 13, 2019 and ratified 91 hearing cases that resulted in penalties in excess of $109,200 and/or imposition of suspensions of permits for three days or more. Fines are due December 6, 2019, and suspensions begin December 13, 2019.
