WINSTON-SALEM, North Carolina, Nov. 13 -- The Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools issued the following news:
Students in low-income households graduating from any Winston-Salem/Forsyth County high school in 2020 are now eligible for a scholarship that will make it possible for them to attend Forsyth Technical Community College without cost.
The new initiative, which was announced on the morning of Wednesday, Nov. 13, is made possible in large part by an $870,000 grant . . .
