DES PLAINES, Illinois, Nov. 13 -- The National Insurance Crime Bureau issued the following news release:
The Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office, in partnership with the National Insurance Crime Bureau, is combating trailer theft by holding trailer identification events every couple of months.
