Today, U.S. Senators Rob Portman (R-OH) and Sherrod Brown (D-OH) announced the Senate Commerce, Science & Transportation Committee has approved their bipartisan legislation to rename NASA's Plum Brook Station, the agency's test facility in Sandusky, Ohio, after Neil Armstrong.
