ATLANTA, Georgia, Nov. 13 -- Gov. Brian P. Kemp, R-Georgia, issued the following news release:
Governor Brian P. Kemp today announced that Irving Tissue, one of North America's leading manufacturers of household paper products, will expand its operations in Macon, creating more than 150 jobs and investing $400 million in a new manufacturing facility following the grand-opening of the company's most recent plant in Macon.
