The National Association of Concessionaires (NAC) and The Chaplin School of Hospitality and Tourism Management at Florida International University (FIU) will honor the legacy of the late Shelley Feldman by naming The Shelly Feldman, NAC Endowed Chair after the industry icon and former NAC Director of Education.
