WASHINGTON, Nov. 8 -- Sen. Joe Manchin, D-West Virginia, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senators Joe Manchin (D-WV), Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV), and Representatives David McKinley (WV-1), Alex Mooney (WV-2) and Carol Miller (WV-3), wrote a letter to President Trump to urge him to designate a state funeral for the last surviving Medal of Honor recipient.
